Hot oil boiler
A hot oil boiler or a hot oil boiler is a device that creates the necessary thermal surface for the circulating oil to contact the flue gases resulting from the combustion of the burner fuel, causing heat to be transferred to the circulating fluid. The hot oil boiler or heater also includes the same definition in general, but more specifically, it can be said that the hot oil boiler is a heat transfer exchanger between the very hot plasma of the burner and the hot oil fluid. The hot butter is a device that causes direct heating on special heat in coils designed inside the oil boiler. This heated oil is constantly circulating in a closed cycle.
Application of hot oil boiler in various industries
A hot oil boiler or a hot oil heater or a hot oil boiler is a device whose function is to transfer heat from a heat-generating fluid to a heat-receiving fluid. In these boilers, with the necessary heat transfer level, the heat generated from the burner combustion gases is transferred to the rotating thermal oil and causes an increase in temperature.
This boiler has unique advantages and features. The high temperature produced and its greater safety compared to steam boilers are of special importance for various industries. By using a hot oil boiler in the heating system, a temperature of about 300 and even 400 degrees Celsius can be reached. This boiler consists of a shell and a spiral coil in which there is a circulating pump that circulates the oil inside the coil. The oil inside the coil is heated by the burner. To install this boiler, a flat and smooth foundation with a height of about 10 cm should be built and the oil boiler should be built on it.
