The design and construction of all boilers is based on the plans approved by the inspection company, which are provided to this company with the latest revisions by design experts. The front and rear valves make it easy to visit, service and repair the boiler and reduce the long duration of the related operations. Due to the proximity of the pipe sections to the furnace, it is possible to easily inspect, service and repair the furnace and tubes. The steels used in the construction of the furnace shell and boiler grids are 17mn4-DIN 17155 and S135.8-DIN17175 and heat tubes are A516GR70. equal to the design pressure of the hydrostatic test.
